Steps

  1. Feather both chicken breasts and make shallow crisscross cuts
  2. Put plastic wrap over the chicken and beat with a meat mallet
  3. In a separate bowl, add one cup of flour. Coat each side of the chicken breast with flour.
  4. In another bowl, mix
    1. Two eggs
    1. One teaspoon of garlic paste, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of pepper
    1. Sprinkle parsley flakes to taste. One half cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Mix the ingredients well.

5.  Remove the chicken breast from the flour and place it in the bowl with the seasoning
     mix. Season both sides of the chicken breasts.

6.  Remove the chicken from the frying pan and set the chicken aside

7.  Place a pad of butter in the skillet and melt. 

8.  Fry both sides of the chicken

9.  Remove chicken from the frying pan and set aside

10. In the same skillet, add

Stir the ingredients well.

Place the chicken into the pan with the sauce and let it cook on medium heat for three minutes.

Spoon the sauce over the chicken

Flip the chicken to season the other side

Remove chicken from the pan and place it on a serving plate.

Serve with Jasmine rice, cooked kale greens, and salad

Serve with a buttery Chardonnay.
